Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Spectra, a product of AudiPrism. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Spectra is a browser-based audio visualizer that generates real-time, sound-reactive visuals from audio input. The app runs entirely in your browser. Audio is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

Accounts

To use Spectra, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Free Tier and Spectra Pro

Spectra offers a free tier with limited sessions. Spectra Pro is a paid subscription at $12 per month that unlocks unlimited sessions and HD/4K video export.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
• You can cancel anytime through the billing portal on your Account page
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods

Your Content

You own the visuals and videos you create with Spectra. We claim no ownership or license over your exported content. You are free to use your exports for any purpose, including commercial use.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any audio you use with Spectra. We are not liable for copyright claims related to your audio input.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Spectra for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application
• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
• Use automated tools to access the service (bots, scrapers, etc.)

Intellectual Property

Spectra, its design, code, branding, and visual identity are the property of AudiPrism. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the application itself. This does not apply to the content you create using the app, which belongs to you.

Service Availability

Spectra is provided as a web application. We do our best to keep it available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, push updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Spectra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AudiPrism is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, any active subscription will be cancelled and no further charges will be made.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of Spectra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
